Refund policy
Revisions and Adjustments of Artwork
StoryVision offers a very generous revision and adjustment policy to its artwork. When you receive your initial batch of photos from our curators, you have the opportunity to make adjustments to any images of your choice (based on the amount ordered) within a certain timeframe.
After those revisions have been made, you will then receive a second, revised batch, which is also optionally adjustable to your specifications.
Following approval of the revisions, our curators will send you your final artwork without any watermarks.
Requests for additional adjustments and revisions beyond those two rounds are only accepted if they are deemed in good faith and before watermarks are removed.
Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the images we provide during the customization process, we will work with you to make any necessary changes or issue a refund if preferred.
Please note that once final deliverables are issued (i.e. concept art is delivered without watermarks), we are unfortunately not able to issue any refunds. StoryVision's service is customized digital artwork, over which the client has full approval throughout the entirety of the creation process. The client's final approval of the customized digital art, followed by StoryVision's final delivery of the digital art, naturally constitutes the end of this transaction.
